Every question submitted must be answered in some way to be cleared so that I can know when there are new questions. 1. If you have a question, write the question out completely. People have a tendency to write short questions without enough information. *2. Write everything* you need to ask in one question. Example: "The window is cut off." "Filter window." "On the right edge." Instead, simply say, "The right edge of the filter window is cut off." Do NOT say "thank you" when a question is answered.** This is seen by the system as a new question.
